بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
مُّحَمَّدٌ۬ رَّسُولُ ٱللَّهِۚ وَٱلَّذِينَ مَعَهُ ۥۤ أَشِدَّآءُ عَلَى ٱلۡكُفَّارِ رُحَمَآءُ بَيۡنَہُمۡۖ تَرَٮٰهُمۡ رُكَّعً۬ا سُجَّدً۬ا يَبۡتَغُونَ فَضۡلاً۬ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرِضۡوَٲنً۬اۖ سِيمَاهُمۡ فِى وُجُوهِهِم مِّنۡ أَثَرِ ٱلسُّجُودِۚ ذَٲلِكَ مَثَلُهُمۡ فِى ٱلتَّوۡرَٮٰةِۚ وَمَثَلُهُمۡ فِى ٱلۡإِنجِيلِ كَزَرۡعٍ أَخۡرَجَ شَطۡـَٔهُ ۥ فَـَٔازَرَهُ ۥ فَٱسۡتَغۡلَظَ فَٱسۡتَوَىٰ عَلَىٰ سُوقِهِۦ يُعۡجِبُ ٱلزُّرَّاعَ لِيَغِيظَ بِہِمُ ٱلۡكُفَّارَۗ وَعَدَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ مِنۡہُم مَّغۡفِرَةً۬ وَأَجۡرًا عَظِيمَۢا
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
“Muhammad (S) is the Messenger of Allah. And those who are with him are severe against disbelievers, and merciful among themselves. You see them bowing and falling down prostrate (in prayer), seeking Bounty from Allah and (His) Good Pleasure. The mark of them (i.e. of their Faith) is on their faces (foreheads) from the traces of prostration (during prayers). This is their description in the Taurat (Torah). But their description in the Injeel (Gospel) is like a (sown) seed which sends forth its shoot, then makes it strong, and becomes thick and it stands straight on its stem, delighting the cowers, that He may enrage the disbelievers with them. Allah has promised those among them who believe (i.e. all those who follow Islamic Monotheism, the religion of Prophet Muhammad till the Day of Resurrection) and do righteous good deeds, forgiveness and a mighty reward (i.e. Paradise).” (The Noble Qur’an 48:29)

Allâh (SWT) chose
for accompanying him and taking knowledge from him a people who are the best of
this nation, which is itself the best of all nations. Allâh (SWT) honored them
by allowing them to ac-company His Prophet (saw). He favored them in this
worldly life by giving them the opportunity to see him and hear his hadîth
directly from his noble mouth….This is the bounty
of Allâh which He bestows upon whom He wills, and Allâh possesses the great-est
of bounties. Indeed the Companions conveyed from Allâh’s Messenger (saw) that
which he was sent with from guidance in the most complete and perfect form.
They will have the greatest of rewards due to their companionship of Allâh’s
Messenger (saw), their fighting in Jihâd along his side, and their noble
actions in spreading Islâm.’

The Sahaabah were the companions of Prophet Muhammad (saw). They are described
in glowing terms by the Prophet (saw) as the following hadith from Sahih Muslim
shows: Book 30, Number 6159.
Narrated Aisha (R.A): A
person asked Allah’s Apostle (peace be upon him) as to who amongst the people
were the best. He said: Of the generation to which I belong, then of the second
generation (generation adjacent to my generation), then of the third generation
(generation adjacent to the second generation).

Hazrat Khalid bin Waleed Sword of Allah. Khalid bin Al-Waleed was one
of the greatest generals in history, and one of the greatest heroes of
Islam. Besides him, Genghis Khan was the only other general to remain
undefeated in his entire military life. A measure of Khalid's genius is
that he was the only person to inflict a (temporary) defeat on the
Prophet Muhammad, (may Allah bless him and grant him peace).

Ashrah Mubbashrah. Biography of the 10 Sahabah who were given the glad tidings of paradise in this life. Ten companions (Sahabah) of the Prophet (Pbuh) have been selected for special privilege and they are collectively known as "Ashrah Mubasharah". The Prophet had proclaimed that they would definitely enter Paradise (Jannah) because Allah has accepted their outstanding and noteworthy services for the cause of Islam.
